A. We provide a 3-day-money-back guarantee with each used camera. Please check the camera and take a test shoot as soon as possible when you receive it.
Q. What about the Returns & Exchanges?
A. We provide a 3-day-money-back guarantee when the camera you received doesn’t work or breakdown. But we don’t accept the returns If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. And we can’t afford another same condition camera to exchange.
Q. Is it a brand new camera?
A. All ours stocks are the second-hand cameras.
Q. Does it work?
A. We check the function of body(shutter speed, light meter, LCD, viewfinder, film winding) And we also check the lens condition (fog, fungus, separation, scratch, dusts).
Customers can confirm the condition at the individual product pages. We don not shoot a test using the film, so we recommend you to test shoot when you reserve the camera.
Q. Why the prices are different between the Instagrams & the Japanese online shop and the English online shop?
A. The international shipping will cost the extra charge for the careful packing, because we want to ship the goods without any damage.
